Yes . There is no problem in that. Whether it's MA or Msc. It is mainly Masters in psychology. In 60’s n 70’s every subject was then MA not Msc. So that's why there is MA in psychology because it is considered as humanities subject, but why it turned as Science subject is because it deals with scientific research study, physiology, statistics, cognition which comes in Science stream .
I personally have done my Masters in Science in psychology but had Bachelors of art in psychology.
So don't worry on that part. And All the best for your Masters
