Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% to 70% aggregate or 6.0 to 7.0 CPI is the basic eligibility for the PhD programme offered at IIT Guwahati. Candidates with a four-year bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification with a minimum of 70% aggregate or 7.0 CPI can also apply.
