IBS, Mumbai is a much better option, than IBS-Pune, for pursuing MBA provided one doesn't have any decent alternative(s). So yes, try to keep it only as a backup and aim for much reputed colleges.

Both are reputed. Prof G.Ram Reddy comes under Osmania University. For it the candidate must have qualified ICET-2017 Integrated Common Entrance test for MBA or the Entrance test conducted by Osmania University ICFAI is a Deemed University and it is at several places in India.

SIBM would be a better choice because of its brand value. It also has exclusivity when comes to MBA intake similar to other SIBM.
