heres all the information regarding IEC university ( specifically placements)

1.AVG packages sticks around 5-6 LPA.

2.the highest package is around  10-12 LPA

3.80-90 percent of student gets placed.

4.top recruiters are Honda, Ibm, Tcs, Hyatt regency, Vardhman, Tvs, Paras Hospitals etc.

5. median package is likely to be around 3-4 lakhs.

6.Could be good in opportunities.

overall the placements are just decent enough.

they do provide opportunities to score over and what matters is to maintain,  

a good score just to get through the exams and to prepare an experience over theory,

which fits true for any other colleges these  days j

comparing both the colleges  here are the points to be noted down 

1.NIT themselves are brand 

2. they are runned by govts fund

3.You always gonna find better palcement opportunities in an NIT and reputed gfti over other colleges

4.comparing over iec the avg package thier is about twice or thrice thir avg package

5.avg pacvkage at NIT hamirpur tops at 12 LPA meanwhile

the avg package here at IEC is just 4-5

6.the crowd over an NIT compared to any other colleges (except bits, iiits, and other such high level colleges)

is much better compared

7.the fact adjoined to such dominant colleges is that they provide a boost of opportunity.

The eligibility criteria for the BSc programme that candidates must qualify for is that the candidate must have completed their Class 12 level of education with Science stream and subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Math or Biology. The total tuition fee for BTech course is INR 4.20 Lacs – INR 4.40 lakh. The IEC School of Engineering offers BTech (CSE) and BTech (ME). The duration of the course is 4 years with a seat intake of 60. Candidates must clear the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for admission. IEC University library has over 30,000 books, 100 journals and magazines on different subjects. Beautifully designed and with a seating capacity to accommodate 200 students has cubicles for faculty and research students and has subscriptions to national & international journals like IEEE/IEE, springer, ACM, ASCE Emerald Management Xtra through membership of INDEST Consortia of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. It is an active member of the Developing Library Network (DELNET) for resource sharing. The library has photocopying, scanning & printing services within the building.
