IEC University Highlights 2026
IEC University was founded in 2012. It is a private university and is located in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. IEC University courses are offered to students at the UG and PG levels. The institute is approved by PCI and BCI and offers courses in both Full Time and Part Time modes. IEC University offers a total of 117 courses in streams such as Engineering, Medicine and Health Sciences, Business and Management Studies, IT and Software, Accounting and Commerce and Arts ( Fine / Visual / Performing ). Some of the popular courses offered at the institute are B.E. / B.Tech, B.Voc, B.Pharma, D.Pharma and BPT and the total seat intake for the available courses is 2143. IEC institution was founded in Himachal Pradesh in 2012 as a non-affiliating, teaching and research institution.
For admission to BA courses at IEC University, it released the merit list based on scores secured in higher senior secondary. However, on the official website of the university, it does mention that the first 100 students will get a special concession in fee (Direct Admission), but it doesn't mention if it applies to BA courses. It is suggested to know more information regarding direct admission, candidates can directly contact the university either by its official website or by contacting them.
All applicants need to do is fulfil the eligibility requirements to ensure a seat in IEC University's DPharm programme, which includes gaining at least 45% overall in their Class 12 Science stream. Additionally, applicants must register on the university's official website.
Second, applicants provide the necessary information on the application form. Finally, the merit list of shortlisted candidates will be released by the university, and those who pay the required course fees will be able to secure a seat.
For the 2024 academic batch of DPharm courses, the application process begins tentatively around the month of January. The admission process initially begins after candidates submit the DPharm application form online and also make the application fee payment with RBI-approved payment access from the official website of the university.
