Hello Aishwarya, it's nice to know that you have completed your Diploma in electrical engineering. Your desire of completion of your graduation in engineering from the open university of IGNOU via distance education is fraught with danger. This is so because many times in the past AICTE as well as a Supreme Court of India have declared professional courses like engineering as not valid via distance education.
