You can take only one course at one time in your admission process. So go for suitable course from IGNOU and another course from distance if you can cope up 2 studies at a time.

Student who already have taken admission in January 2018 are allowed to that scheme for no fee for the SC/ST Candidate but who take admission in July 2018 they will have fee reimbursement also varsity has been extending 50 percent fee waiver to students of rural areas who come under Below Poverty Line (BPL) category for the following agricultural programmes: -
Diploma in Watershed Management
Diploma in Value Added Projects of Fruits and Vegetables
Diploma in Dairy Technology
The applications to these programmes will be provided free of cost for the candidates who come under BPL category. Hope this helps.
