Eligibility for M.A. Economics:
Interested aspirants for economics degree must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
BA (Hons) in Economics subject. A minimum aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation. Although, eligibility criteria may differ for entrance exam procedure and merit-based admission process. As in, Delhi University eligibility for merit-based admissions is aggregate 50% in B.A. (Hons) Economics done from DU only. Regards.

MBA eligiblity criteria says that a student must complete their graduation which should be equal to Diploma and any other.
Yes, you are eligible for CAT. Just go for that.

Bachelor's degree at IGNOU is of 3 years and divided into 6 semesters. Each semester has 5 or more subjects. You have to clear all the 6 semesters to receive your BA Tourism degree.
