Dear Dhirendra,
There are some specialisation in MBA from Indira Gandhi University and those specialisations are in banking and finance. I don't think so ,this university provide MBA in textile but you should first direct contact the university.

It is a valid degree, and you can get a job too, but full time MBA candidate will be preferred in jobs. You have to prove your abilities and convince authorities in job to select you. Good management schools have brilliant placement cell.

There is no need to have experience in the teaching field for B.Ed. As B.Ed is a course about teaching training itself. Candidates having Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Science/Social Sciences/Humanity/Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks will be eligible. You need to give an entrance exam for this. The exam forms for 2019 are out, check the website and fill the form.

Candidates with at least fifty (50) percent marks either in the Bachelor's degree and/or in the Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.
The following categories are eligible to be the students of B.Ed (ODL):
(i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education (or);
(ii) Candidates who have completed an NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode.
Admission shall be done on the basis of the score

No, you can't do B.com and BILS at the same time, because two degrees can't be done in the same year.
