That cost around INR 60000 to INR 70000 along with all other expenses. IGNOU cost little bit high. Prefer Pondicherry University which is somewhat less fee. All the best.

You won't get good placement, study methodology, faculties support and even in economics as Ignou doesn't have an established institute.
