The admission to IGNOU distance MBA program takes place twice every year, usually in the months of November and May. You need to appear for an entrance exam with minimum cut off marks or more in OPENMAT entrance exam conducted by IGNOU.

Yes, you can consider IGNOU as a study option because it's provide good study module, but you can consider few other options like:
1. Sikkim Manipal University.
2. Amity University.
3. Madurai Kamraj.
4. Annamalai University.
But, you should look for the field related to your background.

M.Com from DU SOL is a better option over IGNOU because of the brand image of DU which will be good for your long-term career growth.

BBA is a decent course after which you can opt for LLB, which has good opportunities in multinational companies and Indian conglomerates with New Companies Act Rules.
