If you opt out to pursue only B.Tech then you can also do that and get your B.Tech degree after 4th year.

So, to sum up, choose what you like. If you like working with a breadboard, resistor, capacitor, chips, etc., choose ETC. If you like to learn about motors, machines, transformers, etc., choose EE.

Unfortunately, there will be no room for you in JU and IIEST Shibpur with the above-mentioned rank, provided if you are a general category student.
However if you opt to study in non-government engineering colleges, you can get IT in IEM but not CSE, same with Heritage, IT is a guarantee however if you are lucky enough, you can get CSE in perhaps th
