The opening category rank was 3147 for Computer Science and Engineering.
The closing category rank for Metallurgy and Materials Engineering was 11691.
The opening and closing ranks for all other departments lie in between these two extremes.
For home state students:
The opening category rank was 3801 for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
The closing category rank for Mining Engineering was 28098.

The opening and closing category ranks for other state students were 837 and 1145, respectively.

Also, the urge to know the cut-off marks so as to get admission in this college is vague and of no sense as the admission is purely on the basis of rank and not that of marks.
