You have low score in your JEE mains so it will be difficult to get into IIEST, Shibpur but you can apply for some prestigious private institutions in India based on your marks in board exams. Also you are eligible for best scholarships offered by private universities. Check out the following universities -

Your score is not sufficient enough to get admission into IIT but you still have many options to go with. You may get a seat based on your category rank. You should also apply for some best private universities having their forms open. Private universities also provide best infrastructure and equally good education with government universities. In determining the IIST 2016 Cutoff, a number of factors will be considered such as the total number of applicants, the intake capacity of each course, the cutoff of the previous year etc.

There are lot of branches offered under B.E / B.Tech in IIEST and the eligibility may vary branch to branch. Hence, I would request you to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
