It will be difficult to get NITs/IIITs at this rank. Generally cut off rank for NITs with a decent branch is under 20000. You can try for IIIT-Pune its new IIIT. You can also check the below link for other colleges you may expect at this score -

You can get CSE or it in any of the low NIT.
And, it was observed during 2018 counseling till round the student with 26459 got a seat in IIIT and for a female, it was 29976.
But in spot round, it was nearly 28000 for gender neutral.

Hello Vedant Kadu, After the publication of results of JEE Mains by NTA JoSAA has declared cutoff percentile for each of the category. For OBC-NCL it stands at 74.31. If your percentile is this or better then only you can register for admission to NIT or IIIT. Hello Manish Kumar, JoSAA the agency assigned the task of coordinating admissions in both the institutions mentioned by you, had announced the cutoff percentile for different categories of students including OBC-NCL. As you have scored 224614 air and 12008 in SC category rank in JEE Mains exam 2019. So, you will most probably get middle or lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, etc. Just participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.

Deenbandhu Chotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal district Sonepat is a Haryana State Government University while NITs and IIITs are Central government colleges and governed by Ministry of Human Resource Development India.

As you have scored 82.13 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019 and your rank in JEE Mains is 200500, so you are eligible to take admission in IIITs, but getting a seat with this score is very difficult.
