Placement Club is run by the students, and works for the benefit of the students. The Team closely works with the Placement Department for all kinds of student coordination for Placements & Internships related activities.Whether it is coordination with Corporates, students preparation for Group discussions, Interviews, the team works in sync with the Placement Department.

The Faculty Coordinator responsible for the Club is Ms. Simmi Tikkoo. President and Vice President of the club are Ms. Zoya Parasher and Mr. Raman Jaiswal.

IILM University Gurugram offers good placements for its students. Over 400 companies have offered placements till now. Various companies that have offered placements in IILM include Deloitte, Reliance, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Accenture, Wipro etc. The highest package that was offered to the students was 20 Lakhs INR and the lowest package that was offered was 8.6 Lakhs INR.
