For the MBA batch of 2022–2024, the highest package offered was INR 20 LPA, with an average package of INR 8.6 LPA. Over 400 companies participated in the placement process, including top recruiters like KPMG, Deloitte, Wipro, PwC, EY, Federal Bank, Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank, Paytm, and Accenture. Yes! They have an Incubation Center where you can pitch ideas and get mentorship. Some of my batchmates even started side hustles while studying. Faculty is super encouraging if you're into startups or freelancing.

For sure! I used to be super shy — now I've hosted two events and even pitched in front of guests. The environment kind of pushes you to grow without forcing it. Everyone supports each other too.

I considered all three before joining. I chose IILM because of its smaller batch size, better faculty interaction, and practical learning approach. It's more personalized and you get better mentorship, in my opinion.
