BA Degree offered by IILM University Gurugram is a 3 years programme which requires a minimum of 120 credits. Under 120 credits for BA Degree 60 credits will be strictly subject specific and the other 60 credits will be a set of common inter-disciplinary electives for all.
BA Honours degree offered by IILM University Gurugram is a 4 years programme which requires a minimum of 160 credits. Under 160 credits for BA (Hons) Degree, 80 will be strictly subject specific and the other 80 credits will be set of common inter-disciplinary electives for all.

Placement Club is run by the students, and works for the benefit of the students. The Team closely works with the Placement Department for all kinds of student coordination for Placements & Internships related activities.Whether it is coordination with Corporates, students preparation for Group discussions, Interviews, the team works in sync with the Placement Department.
The Faculty Coordinator responsible for the Club is Ms. Simmi Tikkoo. President and Vice President of the club are Ms. Zoya Parasher and Mr. Raman Jaiswal.

IILM University Gurugram offers good placements for its students. Over 400 companies have offered placements till now. Various companies that have offered placements in IILM include Deloitte, Reliance, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Accenture, Wipro etc. The highest package that was offered to the students was 20 Lakhs INR and the lowest package that was offered was 8.6 Lakhs INR. EcoRep is a student initiative. Students from IILM work together to make the campus sustainable and better. EcoReps’ team is entrusted with building traction on green consciousness, use of solar technologies that promote environmental cleanliness. IILM’s efforts are channelized towards sensitization of every individual on the Campus about hazardous conditions that include global warming, climatic changes, pollution (unnecessary honking and playing loud music on the campus that is home to bird species nesting in trees), promotion of proper waste disposal and segregation, the significance of planting trees, etc.

The CGPA requirement for the PhD programme at IILM university is as follows -
For Master’s Or Post Graduate Diploma (2 yrs) Or Professional Qualification (CA/ICWA/CA with B.Com/Degree) 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale.
For B.Tech / 4 year Degree a 6.5 CGPA or equivalent is required
