IILM University offers MBA programme through School of Management. The school offers BBA programme at UG level. MBA at IILM is a two-year programme, i.e. approved by AICTE. The fees of MBA programme ranges between INR 9 lakh and INR 11.7 lakh. The university offers 12 different MBA programmes with 11 specialisations and sub-specialisations. Candidates who have a graduation degree with minimum of 50% and a valid score in any one of the CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT and XAT, among others.

Yes, IILM University Gurgaon is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It was established in 1993, under the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2018, after the Bill was approved by the Haryana Legislative Assembly in March 2018. It has also been accredited by SAQs, NBA, AIU. It offers programmes at UG and PG at both levels. The university has also partnered with different universities, industrial organisations and companies.

IILM University is a recognised multidisciplinary University offering various courses including Law. They provide the course of B.A.LLB for the law stream.

There's no definitive answer as one's preferences, location, budget, specialisation and other things also taken into consideration for choosing the best University.
Starex university has a bigger campus of 35 Acres, compard to IILM's 1.5 Acre
Starex university is cheaper than IILM with it's average fees being 1.6-3.9L whereas IILM is around 13.2L
The placements, future studying opportunities, Alumni status and all other things also play a role, so pick for yourselves which one would you like more.

It highly depends upon the specific course you are looking for, and both of the univerisities don't have all the same courses either, so a complete comparison isn't even possible, but some course which are common in both, namely MBA, BBA and B.Tech., some example values are given below:

For MBA in Starex University, average fee comes around to 3 L whereas for IILM, the fees comes around 8.8L-13.3L

For BBA in Starex university, the average fee comes aroLund 3.9L while in IILM it's near 13.5L, nearly triple of the former.

For B.Tech in Starex University, the average fee comes around 3.2L-4.8L whereas for IILM, it comes around 13.6L
