There is no Institution like IIM-Hyderabad, IIM-Calcutta offers such programme and it is MBA for working professionals only.

The general eligibility criteria are as follows: (a) Bachelor Degree or equivalent B.A. Valid GMAT score (GMAT/GRE scores are valid for three/ five years from the date to the application deadline date of the round in which candidate is applying. (c) Some Iims have minimum age criteria (d) Minimum 5 years of full time work experience after completion of graduation. There's no set percentage that guarantees admission to IIM, it depends on multiple factors. But you should have atleast 60% in my opinion.
