The general eligibility criteria are as follows: (a) Bachelor Degree or equivalent B.A. Valid GMAT score (GMAT/GRE scores are valid for three/ five years from the date to the application deadline date of the round in which candidate is applying. There's no set percentage that guarantees admission to IIM, it depends on multiple factors. But you should have atleast 60% in my opinion.

Hi satyam. The overall CAT Cut Off required by general category student is 90 percentile. The cut off for Scheduled Castes (SC) is 70, Scheduled Tribes (ST) is 70, For Non-creamy Other Backward Castes (NC OBC) is 85, and Persons with disabilities (PWD) is 70 respectively. Good luck!

No there is no need of having a background of Bachelor degree in information. Technology. As per the eligibility criteria, The applicants must hold a Bachelors Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by any University incorporated by an Act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
