Your academic performance up to class 12th is excellent and hope for a much better performance for B.Com also. The last year's IIM-Lucknow cut-off for CAT is given below for an idea and for future preparation for the General candidate.
For the PGP program the sectional cut-off was 85 percentile for VARC, DILR, and QA respectively, while overall was 90 percentile.
Further, the class 12th marks, graduation marks, work experience, etc. are important factors contributing 40% weightage in the selection of a candidate. The CAT percentile plays a vital role with 60% of weightage in the selection of a candidate.

Since you don't have good past academic score, so what you can do is to perform exceptionally good in CAT exam. Only then there's a chance to get a call from IIM.

Hi,
It all depends on your potential, but mostly the starting salaries after graduation ranges easily from 2lakh pm to higher packages. But no graduate from IIM works for less than 1 lacs pm.

Hello,
But, there is no need to fret if you are an MBA aspirant with no prior experience. You still have a pretty good chance at getting yourself enrolled at an IIM. As per the selection criteria of IIMs, there is no specific weightage allotted to the 'Work Ex' part in the IIM selection process.
