With FMS too introducing weightage for 10th and 12th score, you will have to scorer really high in CAT 99.9+ percentile maybe to stand a good chance of getting into FMS.

The Indian Institute of Management Shillong will be inviting candidates for admission to its campus for PGP 2017-2019 on the basis of CAT 2016 score and GD/PI performance.
The sectional cut-off of CAT exam has been fixed at 70 percentile, while minimum Graduation percentage sought is 65 per cent.
IIM Shillongs admission process will take place in two phases. In the first phase, the candidates will be selected for GD/PI rounds. In the second phase, a final merit list will be prepared on the basis of which admissions will be offered.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (in case of the candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Differently Abled (DA) or Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category, this is relaxed to 45%)

IIMS offer postgraduate, doctoral and executive education programmes. So chances of admission at present do not exist. Your admission chances will depend on your Bachelor's degree and CAT percentile.
