Hi,
The average package for IIM-Ahmedabad will be 23 LPA approx. same will be for Bangalore and Kolkata. For older IIM, still, you will get around 17 LPA, new IIMs like IIM-Shillong won't have 100% placement and the package will be around 8 LPA.

Hi,
There is a wide choice of institutes offering Executive MBA or PGPX programs apart from IIMs. You can aim to pursue it from the top notch B-schools like the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad, XLRI Jamshedpur, FMS Delhi, S.P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, etc. You can plan your admission by checking out this list of Institutes offering Executive MBA programmes across India. You can sort them course-wise and city-wise to suit your requirement.

Class 10th and 12th percentage do matter as the top institutes like IIMs do check the overall profile of a candidate. If you have a valid reason like extracurricular or other certificate courses to defend your point of scoring less in academics than you can crack the interview and get selected.
Firstly, you need to score good in graduation and secondly score in the entrance examination. Doing so you have high chances of getting good colleges.
Hope it helps.

Hi, you can't get admission in IIM just after completing class 12th. First, you have to complete your graduation, then you will be eligible to give CAT (common aptitude test). You have to maintain above 97+ percentile score, to get a call from IIMs. Also, you should have good marks in your graduation and in class 10+2. So that, the resume is also appealing.

Hi Adrita,
IIM Bangalore as such does not have any minimum cutoff percentage in class 10th, 12th or Bachelors, which you need to clear. However, it assigns a weight of 50% (20% for 10th, 10% for 12th and 20% for bachelors score) and thus, it would be difficult to get a call from IIM Bangalore (refer to http://www.iimb.ac.in/sites/default/files/iimb-pgp-admission-process.pdf). IIM Ahmedabad on the other hand has a minimum cutoff percentage which is set at 80 percentile score. Thus, looking at your graduation score, it would be impossible to get a call from IIMA (unless you are in top 20 percentile at your college, please refer to https:/
