You can join IIMs directly after completion of your BE, but you must have good CAT score. There is also another way to get admission if your company sponsor you to go for MBA and IIM selects you as their candidate.

Hi,
IIM is one of the premier Business School in India which was established to provide quality education in the Management Education and offers a range of Post Graduate, Executive education program and doctoral programs. IIMs each campus offered different kinds of scholarship. So below are the links of the scholarship scheme offered by the Indian Institute of Management.

For IIM you first need to fill their application form and give CAT examination. After your CAT results, you will get call from respective IIM institutes depending on your score.

Hi,
For getting admission in IIMs your graduation score should be 60% or above.
CAT score of IIMs closes at 99 percentile itself.
But IIM, Indore and Raipur as tracked in last two academic years take students scoring 96 percentile as well.
It depends on the availability as well.
It is better to target IIM, Lucknow.
Score above 99.4percentile.

It is impossible to predict beforehand whether one can get a job offer in a foreign country after completing MBA from an IIM or non-IIM. It entirely depends upon which company is recruiting the students, vacancies (if any in foreign countries) and one's performance in the interview rounds.
