Hi Shubham,
You surely have certain chances and a lot of opportunities to improve you profile in order to get into an IIM. Make sure to do better in graduation and take experience with a good name along with your percentile above 98. That's how you're going to end up in an IIM.

Your grade 12th marks will effect your acceptance a little. You should be able to prove that you are more than your grade 12 marks by your skills and knowledge in the interview. Before all that, you need to perform exceedingly well in your CAT to get an interview call.

Hello Nikhil,
You have got enough time to prepare for CAT & GMAT.If you want to get into IIMs, one thing you can do is practice with complete dedication. Know your weak areas and practice more n more. It is very essential to understand time management. For that , make practice papers with your timer on.

If you want to do MBA from outside India, CAT isn't going to be useful. However, not all MBA programs require GMAT. Some are fine with GRE. There are people even with average academic scores making it to the coveted IIMs. So if they can, you can too. Just focus on preparing well for the particular entrance exams and clear the necessary cutoffs to get an interview call(s) from the B-school. Also, most importantly, have the belief in yourself of clearing the exam(s). All the best!
