Pumba is a better option than IIM Bodh Gaya as it is more established, better ranked and offers good placements than the IIM. Also the ROI is not an issue for Pumba.

You are advised to appear for CAT to seek admission in PGP in IIMs.

In Pune, there are many colleges, who offer a good salary package.
And, Symbiosis which is international recognised and good placement in a good company.

You should look at final placement reports of various colleges where companies that offer a role in UAE may be coming for recruitment. You can also look for companies where there is a high probability that you might be shifted to UAE after some work experience. After this, you will be able to target the colleges of your choice.
