For getting admission in top IIMs, you must score 98 or 99+ percentile in CAT and for reserved category, it is low.

IIMs consider only graduation degree marks beside 10th and 12th marks. Your B.Tech score will be considered. Process and weightage of marks differ every year. You may look at IIMs website for details.

As per AIU, legacy IIMs-Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Indore, Bangalore, Calcutta and Kozhikode's PGDM is equivalent to MBA. You may refer http://www.aiu.ac.in/index.asp for institute of PGDM with address as on 17.3.2015.pdf

There are many better or bracketed along with IIMs, you can get access to top B-schools through MAT, XAT, SNAP, GMAT, CMAT, MH-CET, etc.

It depends from one IIM to other. You must have above 96 %ile in CAT to get admission in top IIMs. It also depends upon your category if you are in reserved category.
