The faculty at the Indian Institute of Management–Sirmaur (IIM–Sirmaur) are the best. They are PhD, diploma, and degree holders. The faculty are experienced. Indian Institute of Management–Sirmaur (IIM–Sirmaur) also arranges faculty and student exchange programmes. This helps in offering students great exposure and knowledge. The college also invites guest faculty for lectures, hence providing students an opportunity to learn something new.
