No, ISM Dhanbad give admission through CMAT with 60 percentile and CAT. Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT-2016 scores will be called for GD and PI for final selection. Therefore, you must appear for CAT exam.

For 1st year MBA boys, Jasper hostel is provided with twin bed sharing room. For that, you have to pay Rs 30,000 (which may change this year) annual fees of hostel and mess.

Companies visit to ISM for engineers not for management as every companies have certain criteria for visiting campus. This year companies like IDEA, Airtel, ITC, Hyundai, etc. visited campus for placement and average package figures will be shared soon.

HR program here is good with esteemed faculty and highly learned lecturers. Placement for HR is mainly into the PSU's with packages ranging from rupees 5 lakhs per annum to as high as rupees 14 lakhs per annum.
