The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Hyderabad - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 608. In 2023, it increased to 674. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 292 to 256 for OBC, 164 to 149 for SC, 61 to 57 for ST, 88 to 95 for EWS, 19 to 53 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

IIT Hyderabad - Indian Institute of Technology will release 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

1. The JEE Advanced score of the candidate.
2. The category of the candidate.
3. The number of seats available in the course.

Candidates must visit the official website of the college to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counseling process, once the round is released.

The opening and closing rank for IIT Hyderabad cutoff depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 604 and closing rank was 674. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 128 and 1300. Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Hyderabad - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut off

IIT Hyderabad BTech cutoff 2024 has been released across multiple specialisations. Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, the BTech cutoff scores ranged between 1687 and, 4398 for the General AII India category students. Among all the BTech specialisations, BTech in CSE is the most competitive specialisation. The Last Round for Computer Science and Engineering is 1687

So, considering the round 1 cutoff, candidates seeking admission to Indian Institute of Technology Delhi must secure a maximum rank upto 4398

IIT Hyderabad JoSAA cutoff 2024 has been released for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PWD categories. As per the JoSAA Round 1 Seat Allotment results, the opening and closing ranks for BTech in Artificial Intelligence were 685 and 852 for the General AI category students. Tabulated below is the IIT Hyderabad BTech in Artificial Intelligence Round 1 opening and closing cutoff for all the categories under the AI Quota:

Friend, Computer science is a demanded field because big companies like google, Microsoft , etc . figure out huge salary packages for students. So students try to get into CS field in every IIT . This make Opening Cutoff and Closing Cutoff very high.
For IIT Hyderabad , CS field Cutoff for 2016 was
Opening Rank - AIR 418 and
Closing Rank - AIR 851 .
You should be in top 1000 to get in CS field in any IIT .
