Both of these colleges, ILBS Delhi and SGPGI Lucknow are good medical colleges that offers many courses. The fees at both of these colleges are also average and efficient. However, ILBS can be considered better than SGPGI Lucknow because of multiple factors like qualiy of education, placement opportunities and competition to get into one. Nonetheless, as per your factors to consider the choice may differ as to which institute is better between the both.

As per recent information available at the resources, only six students can do M.Ch at Institute of Liver and Billary Sciences. As per latest update, the seat intake for M.Ch at ILBS, Delhi is 6 seats. However, it is advisable to visit the official website to have a better insight for the seat allocation and availability.
