The minimum eligibility to apply:
-Graduation: 50%
-Candidate must have completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline with aggregate marks from recognized universities and a minimum of 50% marks in English subject in class 10th, 12th and UG degree.
Admission Process
Entrance Test
Eligible candidates need to appear for Online Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Indian Maritime University.
Merit Screening
Admission is based on the marks obtained in Online Common Entrance Test (CET), physical fitness and good binocular vision.

Between the tow that you have mentioned I have the opinion that MBA would be a better choice for you. MCA is a technically oriented course and therefore it requires a technical flair in the person. If you have that and want to work in IT sector then you may opt for MCA instead of MBA.
