Apart from the standard Bar Council subjects, the IIULER BA LLB (Hons.) curriculum includes Fintech Law, Data Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence Law. IIULER BA LLB (Hons.) is a 10-semester program. The first few years of the course focus on building a strong foundation in humanities, like Political Science and Sociology, alongside basic laws like Contracts and Torts. From the third semester, the focus shifts to Indian Legal System and the course becomes more specialised, covering Criminal Law, Corporate Law, and International Law. Each semester is designed to balance theoretical reading with practical research assignments and classroom debates.

IIULER follows a tiered fee system on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in xam. If you secure a top rank between 1 and 5,000, your annual fee is discounted to INR 4,28,122. With the increase in ranks, the fee also goes up! For example, ranks between 10,001 and 15,000 pay INR 4,76,750, while those ranked 20,001 to 30,000 pay INR 5,62,000. For ranks 30,001 and above, the fee is INR 8,01,000. This structure makes a premium, international-standard legal education more affordable for students with high academic merit.

IIULER BA LLB (Hons.) fee is "all-inclusive". It covers the Tuition and Programme Fee, along with specialised charges for Library access, Computer and Internet usage, and Study Materials. Additional charges include Sports and Games, Student Welfare, and Amenities fees. A Moot Court Fee is also a part of the fee structure to provide access to top-tier training facilities.
