That also depends on your category. For example, if you belong to OC you can't get a medium-level college also because of the CSE branch. And if you belong to BC you can get some medium colleges. But if you belong to SC or ST colleges you can get some better colleges and some times even best colleges. Try Shiksha college predictor based on your category. No, as per 2019 last ranks you can't get any seat in JNTUA like CSE, ECE, EEE, CIV, MEC. Based on your branch you may get other JNTUs. But getting CSE or ECE in any JNTU is difficult. Hope my answer is helpful. Please upvote my answer.
