The Australian National University, Curtin university, Manchester metropolitan university UK, Harvard Kennedy school are best abroad and Pondicherry University, Indian institute of Public administration Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia, Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University, Central University of Tamil Nadu are the best ones. Psychology is evergreen field has good scope in India. There is huge demand and wide career opportunities are available for psychologist. Delhi University, JMI, Aligarh muslim university, Christ University, Banaras Hindu University, Symbiosis college of arts, Science and commerce Pune are best colleges for psychology.

For B.Ed programme, candidates must have a Graduation or Master's degree in Science, Humanities, and Commerce with at least 50% of marks. Candidates with B.Tech/ BE degree must have obtained 55% of marks with specialization in Science and Mathematics are eligible for admission to the programme. Yes, you can apply. Thanks.

It is Indeed a great to know that you are interested in doing your engineering albeit in a distance mode from either a foreign college or from an university in India. I am attaching a link that will give you a list of all the Institutions or universities in India that are offering engineering through distance learning. The link also gives the methods of admission and all related information. I am afraid engineering degree by distance education from a foreign college is perhaps not a very good thought because nothing much is known about these degrees and how much they will be useful in securing a job.
