Hi, You can try both, if in India IITs are the best. If you have very good academic percentile, a strong profile and finance is also not an issue you can consider trying abroad. Gaining international experience is very important. Universities abroad also are more into practical and hands on training.

Yes definitely, because in India there are many big companies like IOCL, Gail, Bhel, TCS, which gives opportunities to work, as a trainee with them. So, good experience can be gained and also good knowledge about practical work.
