Hello Subhajit, You need to check whether the university is UGC/ government approved or not? The candidates who have completed post-graduation from recognised university are allowed to apply for the exam. You can find the list of the approved universities and name of the fake universities at the official UGC Website. The candidates of distance learning are also eligible to apply for the exam. Also the candidates can choose the subject of their post-graduation to apply for UGC NET or its related subjects only.

Hello,
No, it's not hard. Firstly, it totally depends on your interest. Three year law is having quite large syllabus but it's very interesting. As I'm a law student I feel it very easy and interesting. And at last in India it's not hard to pursue 3 year LL.B. Honors you may easily and directly get admission in any of private college.
All the best!

Yes, you are eligible. If you have completed your class 12th or schooling with minimum aggregate of 50% marks. If you are searching to get admission in any private BCA college, then you should have this minimum aggregate. You will get admission in 1st year, and then you'll study for three years because BCA is a three year complete graduation course.
