You have two ways. First is just after B.Sc. You have two exams: IIT JAM and JEST Physics. You can give both exams. Happens in February every year. Than people who score top ranks in these exams are called for interview in iisc Bangalore. If you clear interview. You will get admission in integrated Ph.D. in iisc. In this you do your M.Sc. And Ph.D. and than leave iisc after 6-7 years. In this you will get 16000rs per month in M.Sc. And 31000rs per month in Ph.D. Second is you do M.Sc. From somewhere else. Than you can give three exams GATE CSIR NET and JEST. Qualify any one of these with top rank. Under 100. Than you will get Interview call. And you will be selected as Ph.D. student in IISc. You will get 31000rs every month. As a Physics student you can apply to many departments of iisc like
1. Physics department
2. Nanoscience department
3. Applied Physics and instrumentation
4. Materials engineering
5. Energy Science
6. Atmospheric and space sciences.

You can take admission in iisc Bangalore in many courses. Course 1: after class 12: integrated bs-research
This course is of 4 years and you study pcm in the beginning and in later stage you specialise in any one of them. You get admission through JEE Mains/JEE Advanced/NEET
If you qualify any of this exam and you have top rank. You will get admission here. Every year cut off is different but you need top ranks. Course 2: integrated Ph.D. after B.Sc. In this course you get admission in combined M.Sc. And Ph.D. course. After 6 years you will get M.Sc. And Ph.D. both. Admission is through IIT JAM exam and an interview. Course 3 Ph.D. after M.Sc. Or B.Tech
In this course you do a Ph.D. Admission is through net/GATE/jest exam and an interview.

Hello Animesh, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your post graduation in aerospace engineering branch. If your research B.Sc. Is of four years duration then you are eligible to appear for GATE which is the entrance exam for admission into PG in engineering in different branches. Do not worry. Even after B.Sc. Research, you can appear for campus selection in your institution. My sincere advise would be to continue your study in Science stream by doing PG and then doctorate. There is quite huge demand in market.
