The Indian Law Institute (ILI) grants admission to its LLM programme based on scores from the Indian Law Institute Common Admission Test (ILICAT). In order to get admission through the entrance test, candidates must qualify for the ILICAT. This tests candidates in research aptitude, reasoning ability, and comprehension in related areas of law. The ILICAT exam is a pen-and-paper exam that is composed of both objective and subjective-based questions for a total of 200 marks. The ILICAT score is combined with an additional viva voce in the admission cycle. Candidates will only be offered admission through the assessed ILICAT and viva-voce
