According to my opinion dy patil is best becuase of best affordable fees and placement community is very strong.

The cutoff of this college is way too high and is about 95 percentile, if you apply from EWS category and there is no other student in EWS category who scored higher than you, you might get selected but if anyone has scored higher than you and belongs in the same category, you will not get selected.
