IIIT Delhi BTech cutoff 2026 has been released for admission to the BTech course for multiple specialisations. The cutoff is based on candidates' performance in the JEE Main entrance exam, followed by the JAC Delhi counselling process. For Round 1 admission, the closing ranks ranged from 3229 to 23809 for the General Home State quota. Check out the table below for the IIIT Delhi branch-wise cutoff 2026 for Round 1.

IIIT Delhi cutoff 2026 for JAC Delhi ranged between 308 and 2472 for the General category under the Home State quota. The cutoff for B.Tech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIIT Delhi varies from year to year. The cutoff for the academic year 2022-2023 was as follows:

  • General - 11,000
  • OBC - 9,000
  • SC - 7,000
  • ST - 5,000

The cutoff is higher for the General category than for the OBC, SC, and ST categories. This is because the General category has more applicants than the other categories. The cutoff is also higher for the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence program than for other programs at IIIT Delhi.
