I think you posted this query twice, perhaps by mistake. I have already answered. Please note that, this year seats under lateral mode have been reduced across the board & hence closing percentage could be higher. Best wishes to you.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in lateral mode after completion of your Diploma. Almost all colleges do offer lateral admission. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about top colleges in Pune offering this branch. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/ranking/top-computer-science-engineering-colleges-in-Pune/46-2-0-174-0

B.Sc IT mainly focuses on database, networks etc. And, more of practical application of computer whereas B.Sc Andhra Pradesh is an academic course which focuses mainly on theoretical stuff. B.Sc IT is more in demand and has more scope in future. So, I would suggest you to go for it. All the best.

Yes, you can apply for MCA after completing BBA, but you have to do hard work in Maths and clear all your basics, but nothing is impossible. All you have to do is to score more then 50-55% in your Bachelor's degree, so that you can apply for Post-graduation courses like MCA.
