The eligibility criteria for admission to this course is a percentage of not less than 60% in the aggregate at the XII standard exam of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent, with MATHEMATICS as one of the subjects. For reserved category candidates, the requirement is 50% in the aggregate.

No, you can't because eligibility criteria is that you have to clear entrance at first. Then only, you can take admission.

You must require around 85+ percentile for getting admission in MCA.

Keep one thing in mind, you don't need college for learning how to create games. It involves the use of logic and better understanding of programming language (Java if you consider Android as your platform similarly Objective C for IOS and C+ for Windows OS)
