It is not about the subjects, it's about the skills while seeking internships. Determine the area in which you want to work as an intern, it can be web designing, social media marketing, app development, web development, digital marketing, programming, graphic designing, content writing etc. You need to be good in that area and should have a good amount of knowledge & experience about how things work, in addition to that you should have some projects of your own to show it as a sample to the company. If you are a Science Student, then your first priority should be to go for B.Tech in CSE/IT. If you can get admission into B.Tech, then you should definitely pursue B.Tech without giving it a second thought. And, if you aren't eligible for B.Tech, then BCA is also a good course to pursue and enter into IT Industry. For admission into BCA you need to score at least 45% in your +2, if you can score and meet this criteria then you can get admission very easily. The scope of any course depends upon the caliber of the candidate.
