CSE and IT both are different degrees. The domain has maximum difference in 3rd and 4th year, CSE now a days deals in AI, software, languages, virtualization and cloud computing and IT deals in other factors like digital electronics, basic engineering mechanics and computer networks. After BCA you cannot get a good package. It will be more better if you complete your Masters. Then, you will get high salary package from the good companies. But, you can start your journey with doing a job after BCA also. You will automatically learn new skills while working in company. Hope you understand.

If we talk about both, I believe IT is better because computer Science is nowadays took over by B.Tech CSE, you can get a job and slowly you can progress with B.Sc. IT. I can enlist some university for your help - Lovely Professional University, Manav Rachna University, Sharda University etc. Few of these universities provides extensive learning programs and exposure to the students. There is no correspondence MCA course provided by Kuvempu University. Fee for regular MCA course is Rs. 28000 per year.
