For an Infornation technology lawyer, you need everything else that a lawyer takes.
You need a degree and a license to practice.
There is no bar on the choice of field.
You can practice whichever field you want to.

Scope for Higher Studies after B.Sc IT
Once students have finished their graduation, they have many options to choose for their higher studies I.e. M.Sc in IT. One of those options is to take up advanced studies. The answer is simply 'no'. MCA is a post-graduate course which you can't pursue without an undergraduate degree. So, you need to complete your class 12th and get a Bachelor's degree in hand for that.
