If you want to get a perfect job in the IT sector then you should go for MCA.
M.Sc is also good but if you want to become a teacher then you should go for it.

Information technology (IT) may adopt the monikers information systems or systems administration. Essentially, IT professionals are the users of technology.
Whereas, Computer Science (CSE) professionals i.e. computer 'scientists' focus on the theory of computational applications. It means they understand the why behind computer programs. You can go for CSE branch.
