BBA IT is a sector specific degree which will make you eligible for jobs in IT or ITES sector only. BBA general graduates can be employed in different management functions in different types of industries. Therefore, I am of the opinion that unless you are passionate about only working in IT/ ITES sector, you must opt for BBA general.

The difference is - Information Technology mainly deals with the software side and Computer Science course deals with both software and hardware.
But both of them have almost same scope and are equally good.
And no company deny interview because of the difference between CS or IT.
