Vinayak, I would advice to go for M.Sc.IT as it would make you technically speaking more qualified and in today's context can give you more opportunities in career. MBA you can even do later if you think that in a certain corporate sector it is mandatory for you.

Dear ANkiT ! scope of IT sector is good allwys but considering B.Sc IT would rather suggest u go for BCA or Any professional course brcoz very college can't provide placement for B.Sc IT but the if Your area of interest is in this field then u go for it but take admission in reputed and also having speciality fulfilled college or university
and additionally if u complete Your B.Sc IT u have choice to do
-M.Sc in IT
-MCA
-MBA
so take Your good decision and best of luck for Your upcoming education
