yes.but you can't go for engineering courses.
you can join private institutions for just learning computer courses like aptech, jetking etc.
you will be only given certificate for learning the contents of the course but you will not get any degree.

Indian IT industry hires large no of BTech ECE graduates and provide internal IT training before employing them on live projects. It will be ideal if you can get IT job in campus placement. However, if you are unable to get job in campus placement, you can evaluate admission to IT courses or post graduate diploma, MTech etc.
